Examples from a variety of companies and ask if we really deliver quality customer service, or do we focus on the numbers. Do we look for opportunities to wow customers or do we just react to complaints.
Customer service is the “new marketing” – with your next customer checking to see how you supported the last one. You’ve not judged on the complaint – you’re judged on how you respond.
