The last of the 3 bePeopleReady workshops will be held at the Business Gateway Office, King Street, Kilmarnock on Wednseday 29th November from 9.30-12.30.
This workshop will provide an engaging opportunity to identify and development talent through leadership and succession planning.
The session will include:
Talent & Leadership Development, looking at building the talent of your people, identifying and developing leadership potential and developing key leadership skills and behaviours;
Succession Planning, how to identify and develop your future leaders and providing development opportunities for future talent.
The workshop will be delivered by Vicky Connor of Connect Three Solutions.
