Adapting a vacant key town centre building into an innovative business hub

Officially opened in 2018, The Ingram Enterprise Centre (IEC) in Kilmarnock was one of over 20 regeneration projects which East Ayrshire Council handled in and around Kilmarnock Town Centre.

The striking, beautifully restored Victorian Ballochmyle sandstone building sits in a prominent position at the top of the town’s John Finnie Street and is now home to a host of new and expanding businesses, taking advantage of the building’s fully serviced office suites and meeting rooms which are designed to provide the ideal environment to foster success for entrepreneurs.

With state-of-the-art connectivity and business facilities, tenants can access a full range of business support, with the added bonus of the presence of Business Gateway office staff based on the ground floor.
