We’ll cover the psychology behind strong hooks, why the first three seconds matter more than anything else, and a simple technique called looping that can double your watch time without any extra ending. You’ll also see how to plan content even if you don’t want to be on camera, and what kind of low-cost kit can make a real difference to your videos.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of how the Instagram algorithm rewards watch time, a handful of practical hook formats you can use straight away, and simple Reels ideas to film before the following week.

A written Business Plan is an important tool to help you get your business started. It helps you clarify the resources and finance required. It also helps you visualise how the business could develop and provides you with a management tool going forwards.
We will cover:
We’ll discuss the various formats of businesses, e.g sole trader, private limited company etc, and also consider some of the other decisions you’ll be making.
