Can your business go the distance? This workshop covers all the bases to determine if your growth strategy is up to scratch and that you have all you need in place to implement it.
In this workshop we will work on developing a business fitness training plan introducing a unique way to enhance the way you approach growing your business. Using practical methods proven to enhance sportspeople across many disciplines, we will create an all-round strategy.
The components of boxing fitness can be adapted and applied to many other objectives of people who may be trying to reach new heights. Growing your business involves Idea generation, validation, strengths, mindfulness, co-ordination. So let’s put our minds through the training process and find out if our business can go the distance!
We will cover:
- Round 1: Identifying where your strength comes from, building on that strength to create a strong platform.
- Round 2: The desire to grow, understanding what our goals and objectives are, what does growth look like for us?
- Round 3: Strong Legs, knowing where our strength comes from, we can work on increasing that strength to use when we really need to.
- Round 4: Strong core, as well as our strong legs we need to make sure the core of our business is as strong, keeping it working for us all the time while we make important decisions.
- Round 5: Delivering that power punch! Understanding when to make your move and how, working around issues and obstacles that are presented to you.
- Round 6: Knockout: Closing the deal, let’s dance around our opponents and celebrate with the knowledge we know as much if not more about how we keep on delivering those knockout punches.
